Mason Riley Holland

Mason Riley Holland “Tayda-Pup”,  27, of Marion, passed away at his home on March 10, 2024.

He was born on December 20, 1996 at 8:23 a.m.  He has gone on to greener pastures.  He leaves behind a gaping hole in everyone’s heart. 

Mason was currently working for his dad at QC out of Wabash, IN.  He loved all things, fishing, ax throwing, camping, golf, any sport he could win at even if he had to cheat.  He loved spending time with family and friends mostly.  Hanging out with his son Juni. Mason was everyone’s friend if you met him then you liked him.  He was the best brother, always stuck up for the underdog “We all go or none of us go” was his motto.

Mason leaves behind, his son; Juni E. Holland, mother; Heather, father; Mark, brothers; Hunter, Lelon, sisters; Rocklyn, Amber, Jessica, Nephews; Jon, Jimmy, Aunt’s and Uncle’s; Chris-Pam, Karol-Rick, Kelly-Bryan, Belinda-Danny, grandma’s; Brenda (Gimmie) and Vicki (GB). His long-time best friend and home girl, mother to his only son Jessa L. Gearheart. Also, many cousins and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather; PaPaw Randy, grandmother; Pauline, older brother; Jon-Bob, aunt; Paula, Uncle; Rocky, cousin; Max, his dog Rex, many friends which included Blockboy.

Mason will be greatly missed.  Heaven gained a real cowboy this time.  Until we all meet again.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Riverview Funeral Home, 421 W. Canal St., Peru.  Services will be on Friday, March 15, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., at Riverview Funeral Home, 421 W. Canal St., Peru.  Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery, 411 N. Grant St., Peru.
