Kevin Bragg

Kevin Lewis Bragg, 68 of Jasper, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at his residence. He was born on August 26, 1957, in El Paso, Texas to Theodore Bragg and Jessie Mae Evans Bragg.

Kevin graduated from Peru High School in 1976 where he was a state qualifier for the wrestling team. He married his wife, Patricia ”Patty” Frazier on March 23, 1992. Kevin was also dedicated coach to the YMCA for 25 years, where he loved coaching basketball and soccer. He worked for 20 years as a Recreational Director for the Logansport Juvenile Correctional Facility. He also enjoyed listening to funk music, fishing and attending the Pine Grove Church in Jasper, Arkansas.

Kevin is survived by his wife; Patricia Frazier Bragg of Jasper, Arkansas, son; Caleb (Haley) Bragg, of Peru, daughters; Lavinia (Joe) Meriwether III of Peru, Krystal Bragg of Peru, Kanisha Bragg of Jacksonville, FL, Katrina Bragg of Peru, mother; Jessie Mae Bragg, Marion, sisters; Carla (Art) Bragg of Ypslianti, MI, Jennifer (Derrick) Lee of Washington, D.C. and 18 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father; Theodore Bragg.

A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Sunday, March 8, 2026, at Riverview Event Center, 421 W. Canal St., Peru. Visiting hours will be from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service.  

Memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist Kevin’s funeral expenses.
