H. Louella (Mcmanama) Dragoo
October 21, 1929 — December 14, 2017
H. Louella Dragoo, 88, of Peru, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at Dukes Memorial Hospital in Peru. She was born October 21, 1929 in Kokomo to the late, James Kellogg and Hazel Marie (Gillam) McManama. On November 2, 1947 in Kokomo. she married the love of her life David M. Dragoo and he preceded her on September 19, 2001.
She is survived by two children, Barbara (Floyd) Jernigan of Rolla, Missouri and James Dragoo of Santee, California; seven grandchildren, Jay (Tish) Soldi of Peru; David Soldi of Peru; Ann (Clint) James of Meridian, Idaho; Kyle, Trey and Amy Jernigan of Rolla, Missouri and Sarah (Nick) Hernandez of Vista, California; 5 great-grandchildren, Spencer (Ashley) Soldi, Sebastian Soldi, Phoebe Soldi, Tynan James and Jay James; great great-grandchild, Hayden Soldi and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her 3 siblings, Louise Plummer, Betty Montgomery and Robert McManama; brother in law, Don Montgomery.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at 1pm with food and fellowship to follow until 2:30pm at Riverview Funeral Home 421 West Canal St. Peru.
