Bridgette S. Boettjer

d. Aug 17, 2026

Bridgette Sherilyn Boettjer, 44, of Hamilton Ohio, passed away unexpectedly at home on August 17, 2026.

She was born July 8, 1982, to Glen and Patricia Boettjer in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She grew up in Ohio surrounded by family and friends. Bridgette graduated from Lakota East High School in Liberty Township Ohio.

She worked many years as a manager for Donato’s Pizza. Her many hobbies included gardening, reading, sewing, drawing, and cooking. She especially loved home cooked meals. However, nothing mattered more to Bridgette than spending time with her family and friends. Often, she would call out of nowhere just to let you know she was thinking of you.

She was known for making meals and homemade gifts. As Bridgette was an organ donor, her final earthly gift was that she gave someone the gift of sight.

Bridgette is survived by her sister, Anje Boettjer (Nicole Roman) of Red Wing, MN; nieces Greta Boettjer, Abigail Boettjer, Sydney Conner; nephew, Levi Connor; special friend, Lena Deutsch; and her beloved puppy, Teddy. She was proceeded in death by her mother, Patricia Hunkler; step-father, Ted Hunkler; father, Glen Boettjer Jr.; and brother, Corey P. Boettjer.

Bridgette will always be remembered for her big heart and kind spirit.
