Cathy Ann (Hendricks) Mohr

Cathy Ann (Hendricks) Mohr, 67, of Denver, passed away at her residence on the morning of August 14, 2018. She was born in Peru on February 25, 1951 to the late Runa and Mildred (Bockover) Hendricks. On November 4, 1972 she married Robert E. Mohr, he survives.

Cathy was a school bus driver for 34 years, retiring from North Miami School Corp. after the 2011 school year. She enjoyed spending her time with family, most especially with her grandchildren. One grandchild even gave her the nickname “WeyDey”. She also liked traveling, fishing, camping, gardening, helping at her daughter’s business, working her morning crossword puzzles, and vacationing to the beach with her family.

She is survived by four children: Robert R. (Sheryll) Mohr, San Diego; Alycia D. (Jim) Roberts, Peru; Natalie A.N. Monesmith, Peru; Daniel R. Mohr, Indianapolis; eight grandchildren: Amber M., Robert M., and James R. Mohr; Kayla D., Sofia K. Babcock, and Boden J. Roberts; Eathyn N. and Gavyn J. Monesmith; one sister: Nancy Sue (Ray) Maggard; one brother: Richard Lee (Beth) Hendricks; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, as well as her beloved kitties, Barney and Bailey.

Family and friends will be celebrating the life of this beloved woman at a funeral service on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 1pm. Friends can visit with the family from 11am until the time of service. Friends and family can leave condolences online at www.riverviewfhperu.com
