Terry Lee Stodgell

Terry Lee Stodgell, 55, of Peru, passed away in the early morning of Dec. 25, 2017 at Dukes Memorial Hospital in Peru. He was born in Peru to Jack Stodgell and Anna Mae (Laferney) Burk on March 22, 1962. He was a 1980 graduate of Maconaquah High School.

He was a lifelong resident of Miami County. His whole life, Terry worked with his father, first at City Tire and then with Stodgell Construction for the past 40+ years. Terry loved wood working and his Harley Davidson motorcycles.

Surviving Terry are his parents, Jack and Tina Stodgell, Peru and Anna Mae Burk, Kokomo; son, Chad Stodgell, Peru and half-sister, Frances Walker.

He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Clayton and Okla Stodgell.

Funeral services will be held Friday, Dec. 29, 2017 at 10am at Riverview Funeral Home with Pastor Rod Correll officiating. Visitation will be on Thurs. Dec. 28, 2017 from 2pm – 7pm at Riverview Funeral Home, 421 W. Canal St. Peru. Online condolences can be made at www.riverviewfhperu.com
